Hello All,
Neil here and I am a CISSP as of January.
I have worked in the Higher Education sector for the past 7.5 years.
Cheers
Good Afternoon.
How are you doing today? I just received my CISSP in October 2017.
15 years is a long time. How well has the certification worked out for you? I just passed the exam back in October 2017.
I would say its was worth the time and effort. I embarrassed all of the 10 domains which did help be learn more about security faster than I thought I would but also utilized my CISSP as a security practitioner with an Audit mentality. That gave me a niche that has worked well for all these years. I realized you can follow specific tracks Technical or non-technical but be successful in each based on your mindset and degree of success.
