Practically someone has to have it, but you really want to be selective - and for companies etc Governments and regulators should work to check and understand what they are doing regards terms of service etc - breaches should be very expensive.
No if you call me a "haploid giraffe wrangler" with malicious intent I want to make sure all your devices are turned off forever - but when I use "napalmed Hippo hunter" on tour good self, why I should be let off and given three kinghoods and an educated ferret!
