Welcome pack damage in transit.


Hi everyone,

 

Yesterday I received my welcome pack in Spain, and during the 5 weeks trip, the package has been damaged.

It has arrived folded and with water damage.

Is it possible to receive a new one? How can i request for it?

Just tell people that the visible damage is an indication of how hard you had to
fight in order to get the cert.
