I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to schedule my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam. After completing the demographic information, I am unable to proceed to the Pearson VUE scheduling page. Instead, I encounter a "Purchase Not Found" error.
I have tried using different browsers and devices, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could this be related to maintenance or a known technical issue?
I would appreciate any advice or updates on this situation.

I’ve already checked the dashboard at https://www.isc2.org/Dashboard/Courses-Exams, but unfortunately, no exam is listed there—only the option to enroll in training. When I try to schedule via the provided path, I receive the message: "No purchased exam found for the requested Exam."
I’ve already contacted the Exam Administration team at examadministration@isc2.org and am currently waiting for a response. Hopefully, it’s just a processing delay or a technical glitch.
