Lack of Customer Support (No answer when I've called)

Hello, I need to get in contact with someone from customer support to understand where I am in the queue for endorsement for CISSP. I've called several times throughout the day and have waited until the automated message suggests that I call again later with no real solution to get on the phone with someone. For an exam that costs $750+, I'd expect better service in general. Are there any humans that I can speak with directly about this?
