Having this issue and filling the form again and again does not help. How we can fix this and login to check the booked exam.
Looked at few posts which says to go via register for exam but does not help!!

If you are having issues with your ISC2 ID and PearsonVue ID matching please contact our team at: https://www.isc2.org/contact-us
To prevent this from happening, you should use the same email address for both logins.

@AndreaMoore I've been having the same issue for the past week when trying to register for the exam. I cannot get pass the Account Confirmation page.
I registered for exam and now I updated the profile but when I try to access I receive error
Miss-Matched ISC2 ID between ISC2 and Pearson, submitted form 2-3 times but after successful updating alert receive error, any help

@AndreaMoore I'm having the same error as well. I've taken and passed my exam, but I'm trying to figure out how to claim my certification and make my payment and I don't know what to do. I tried updating my exam info but got this error message.
