For the past three months I have been asking the ISC2 via email to furnish me with the banking details so that my employer can pay my membership, unfortunately, I have not received any response. For other professional bodies I have paid, only remaining with ISC2 who are not even bothered to respond to my email.
As per company policy, we are not allowed to pay for ourselves, I would have done it earlier, but it has to go through our Finance Department.
Has this happened to anyone?
That's some catch, that Catch-22!
I need to pay the AMF,
since I don't have a voucher I need to pay by card
when I click "pay by card", it takes me to cpe.isc2.org
to access cpe.isc2.org I need to be a member
to be a member I need to pay my AMF
A viscous cycle like this degrading the site probably won't be much of a surprise given all we've seen so far.
@amandavanceISC2, is there some workaround for this?
Similar problem here
Sent multiple emails and called numerous times
Payment has been processed by ISC2
Membership still shows as expired even though it is all caught up
Website problems galore
ISC2 needs to get its website issues and membership service issues resolved
All, thank you for your comments. The payment screen issues should be resolved now. If any assistance is needed, please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Getting single sign on error now, email sent with screenshot
If you need to pay your AMF, you can also send a check by postal mail. Do remember to put your member ID on the check.
Given the current apparent member services workload, it might be worth getting a tracking number. Within the US, the cheapest way (~$4) is "First-Class Package Service—Retail ". Just toss it in a bubble envelope or something else at least 0.25 inches thick, and don't let them talk you into "priority" or "certified".
I'm still getting an error, now it takes me one step further but then i'm getting a saml assertion error.
Hope you can fix this one too.
