Membership PAYMENT
For the past three months I have been asking the ISC2 via email to furnish me with the banking details so that my employer can pay my membership, unfortunately, I have not received any response. For other professional bodies I have paid, only remaining with ISC2 who are not even bothered to respond to my email.
As per company policy, we are not allowed to pay for ourselves, I would have done it earlier, but it has to go through our Finance Department.
Has this happened to anyone?

OK, this is hilarious. Under the new regime, you can't pay unless you are a
member, but if you are a newly minted CISSP you aren't a member until you pay ...

A viscous cycle like this degrading the site probably won't be much of a surprise given all we've seen so far.
@amandavanceISC2, is there some workaround for this?

All, thank you for your comments. The payment screen issues should be resolved now. If any assistance is needed, please email me directly at avance@isc2.org.

It still doesn't work. I'm getting the SSO error after clicking "pay by card".
The error is the same as on the screenshot I sent you yesterday.
Best regards

If you need to pay your AMF, you can also send a check by postal mail. Do remember to put your member ID on the check.
Given the current apparent member services workload, it might be worth getting a tracking number. Within the US, the cheapest way (~$4) is "First-Class Package Service—Retail ". Just toss it in a bubble envelope or something else at least 0.25 inches thick, and don't let them talk you into "priority" or "certified".
