I emailed last Wednesday regarding my name appearing incorrect on the mailed copy of my CISSP. The auto-response said I should hear back in 2 business days. I still haven't heard back, ☹️ how long does it normally take? I had sent my email to memberservices@isc2.org.

Please note that the correct email is: membersupport@isc2.org.
I understand someone from our Member Support has already reached out to you. I wanted to comment here so that others do not use the incorrect "memberservices" email address.
