Hey, I'm facing similar issue than others earlier. When can we expect this issue to be fixed? Or is there other workaround to bypass the issue?

I'm having the same problem, tried on Brave and Firefox browser. All infos seems to be filled on my profile.

I’m having this error as well. North America is my region. Also none of the dropdown options work in the form.

I did purchase today my Exam voucher for CISSP with peace of mind, but when I go to schedule the test I get to the form to fill out the information but in the top a message briefly appears in red saying no record found and then I cannot select any dropdown menu.  I sent an email to the address you provided.  can you assist me?
