I'm trying to schedule my CC exam, which I already paid for Nov 2024, but when I go to book it, it says I have not paid for the exam. Even though I have an email with the voucher, confirming I have paid for the exam.
I also had 1 month left on my 6 month course, but I have lost access to this too, so cannot study for my exam.
I've tried calling for over a week, but get no answer. I've used the 'contact us' page, but have not received any reply.
