Lost access to CC course and cannot book exam

I'm trying to schedule my CC exam, which I already paid for Nov 2024, but when I go to book it, it says I have not paid for the exam. Even though I have an email with the voucher, confirming I have paid for the exam.

 

I also had 1 month left on my 6 month course, but I have lost access to this too, so cannot study for my exam.

 

I've tried calling for over a week, but get no answer. I've used the 'contact us' page, but have not received any reply.

@Debs2 It appears some people are still having issues since their recent upgrade. The timing has been really bad for some scheduling exams and paying AMFs. I wish that I had something more positive to say but hoping resolve soon. Best wishes on your exam.

And a reminder to all having issues, we posted this on our site earlier in the week - 

If you encounter any issues with the ISC2 Dashboard or other new features on our website, please log out of isc2.org, clear your cache and close your browser. Then, reopen your browser and log in to isc2.org. This will resolve most user-reported issues and help improve your experience.

 

The team is hard at work going through all the cases that they've received since the site changed on April 16. We are so appreciative of everyone's patience as they send responses out.

I’ve cleared the cache on my browser, tried a different browser and device, but have the same issue on all devices/browsers.
Someone from the Helpdesk asked me for screenshot, which I have provided, but now waiting for their response again.
The main question is, as I’ve now lost 2 weeks of my last 4 week access to my course, will my access be extended to allow me to study for my exam?

I also cannot book the cc exam. It appears the invoices for exams are coming through as annual maintenance payments rather than the exam. I have tried live chat, not available, phoning , gets cut off, clearing cache etc, doesn’t work, logged a ticket and no response. It’s ironic that a lot of the course tell us about the importance of availability but isc2 can’t offer this, and are not keeping us up to date about what the issue is.

I’ve had three advisors that contacted me asking for screenshots detailing the issue, but mine has also not been resolved. Last email sent on Friday, so hoping to get something back this week.
I also hope they will be extending our access, as I have been without learning materials for more than three weeks now.
