I can't purchase the exam

I'm trying to purchase the CISSP exam but "Add to Cart" button is not working.

I have tried deleting the cache and changing browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox).
What do I do?

I had not selected a currency.

What browser did you use and did you use incognito or regular mode?

Please try incognito mode to add to cart. Our team is aware of this issue and is working on resolving it. Apologies for the difficulty.

I tried incognito mode / private mode / regular mode on 6 different browsers but unfortunately it is still not working.

I used Google Chrome in normal mode.
In my case, signing out solved the problem.

I signed out, then added the cert to my cart. That worked!  Thanks to the comments above.
