I'm trying to purchase the CISSP exam but "Add to Cart" button is not working.
I have tried deleting the cache and changing browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox).
What do I do?

I used Google Chrome in normal mode.
In my case, signing out solved the problem.
This doesn't work. Tried it several times.
I signed out, then added the cert to my cart. That worked! Thanks to the comments above.
