CC Confirmation Email Not Received

Hello Team,

I provisionally passed the CC exam on April 21, 2025, but I haven’t received a confirmation email from ISC2 yet. It’s been 2 weeks now.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

@stina   I know that the admin had suggested looking here:  https://www.isc2.org/Dashboard/Courses-Exams  I am not sure if anything appears until after have gone to the endorsement page to accept the code of ethics and paid your AMF (Annual Maintenance Fee).  I am guessing have done neither of those without an E-mail.  With the system changes, it looks like they might be playing catch up.  So if you do not have something this week, I definitely recommend reaching out to customer service.

I believe you've already checked your spam folder. Have you also logged into the ISC2 portal to verify the status on your dashboard? Try submit endorsement application by accessing https://www.isc2.org/endorsement

Thanks a lot it worked ,i now have a payment pending in my dashboard,
i get product could not be added to cart so i guess it still under review or something!

Thanks for asking the question. I was wondering this myself just today why I haven't received anything. Submitting the endorsement application fixed it!
