I have been scheduled for CCSP exam for tomorrow and had emergency medical condition which hinders me from attending the examination center.
I have called the APAC - Pearson Vue Customer Support and no one responded on the call. I was calling apac for last three days, it keeps scheduling the call back and i havent received any call yet.
I have even sent an email to exam administration along with the documentation and no response from them.
I tried to contact the ISC2 customer support (
https://my.isc2.org/s/Contact-Us) and till now no acknowledgement yet.
Please advise the next action as I have tried numerous contact ISC2 provided on their site and doesn't have clear answer for this.
