on top of that, the Live chat function seems not to be functioning well either. The time stated on the website for the Live chat is not accurate either.

Hello @Kaity , the chat button does work but as stated, the time zones are incorrect as the chat says that it cannot be accessed due to it being closed while it reopens during its operating hours. It is currently operating hours at the moment, I am guessing this is what ANW was talking about. I am also trying to contact because I have to make a payment and it kind of just glitches out. Thank you very much.

What error are you getting? Are you unable to add your AMF to your cart? If so, can you try incognito mode?
Incognito worked! Well, for the payment only. I checked the chat (which I probably don't have to use anymore) and it still doesn't work it says the same thing. As for the payment it would just make me put it in my cart to pay and then not add it then say an error occurred. That was the issue for me thank you!

Yes, that is exactly the problem which I'm facing, Additionally, their live chat timing stated on their contact us page is confusing, as they have 2 different time zones in the duration.
Even with that Chat time displayed, it still sometimes shows that it is not within their "operating hours"
