I have been trying to call the APAC region, but it keeps telling me the number is invalid.
on top of that, the Live chat function seems not to be functioning well either. The time stated on the website for the Live chat is not accurate either.

I can confirm, however, the hours listed online on the Contact Us page are correct. Those are listed as 11am SGT (11pm ET) until 3pm ET. Chat is closed on Mondays, so Tuesday will be the next availability for that service.

At this point (it's 2:13pm ET as I post this), only our U.S.-based team is online. The APAC team will be back online for calls and emails on Monday at 9am, and the EMEA-based team will follow at 11am.
