On 06.04.2026, I purchased the CCSP certification.
The amount was deducted from my credit card, but I received an error while purchasing. I have not received a single e-mail regarding the purchase and I can't see the purchase in my order history. I have already used the query request form to contact the team the same day but still no response. Today it is Wednesday, 08.04.2026 It is 9:30 AM CET and the LIVE CHAT should be working but it is not.
I am in dare need to have support from the community to resolve this issue.
