Hi All,
I have recently passed CISSP and am trying to submit endorsement application but CISSP is not showing up in the exam passed section of the endorsement application. When I go ahead and submit the application, I am receiving an error that I didn't pass any exams in the last 9 months.
I tried to getting in touch with customer care but I get automated message saying customer service is closed for holiday even when I reach out in the times mentioned in the contact us page. I tried emailing member support but didn't receive any update. I confirmed with PersonVue that the result has been submitted to ISC2, I also see it has passed in the exams and courses page.
Has anyone faced similar issue?
