I am facing a similar issue to other members on the forum. I tried to purchase the CISSP exam, however the checkout process failed but the card was charged. I would like to avail the current 50$ offer discount as well before it expires for the CISSP exam.
I am wondering what the best path forward would be here and would appreciate the guidance.
I have already raised a webform for the same. I tried contacting the chat but it comes with the message "Live chat is closed". I have done all this after following the recommended steps of clearing the browser cache, restarting and even going into Incognito mode.

Thanks @mariatirado. Yup, I couldn't find the timeline for response hence I opened a post.
I am wondering though, if the issue is not resolved before June 30th. Would it still be possible to get the 50$ off voucher post that time or should I consider running the checkout process again?

Same experience here, I got error after submitting payment but charged my credit card. Emailed to the exam admin and pending for solutions..
My email and online form are unresponsive for since 25-Jun.
Same situation here. After entering the credit card information and proceeding, an error message popped up. However, the credit card transaction still went through.
On the second attempt, I started getting stuck at the "Personal Information" section when trying to proceed with the payment again.
Additionally, when I click on "Application and Endorsement," an error bar appears with the following message. Could there be an issue with my account that caused the payment to fail?
