CC self paced exam format

Does anybody know what format the exam is?  I've been told the questions aren't multiple choice as we see in the course itself.  Also, are there and sample tests to practice with?   Thanks.

Does the materials provided by ISC2 Self paced training itself is enough for clearing it?

Yes, it does. There are 100 multiple-choice questions in the exam of which ~25 are "beta/test" questions and are pretty obvious as such.
