Exam Workshops

What days of the week are the exam workshops if you volunteer to help with exam questions?

The workshops used be scheduled over weekends. I presume they still are.

Ghost Ryder -

I work in the Exam group and am one of the hosts for the workshops.  Currently the majority of the workshops are scheduled during the week.  I can't guarantee what day but usually M-W.  However, that can change.  It all depends on the availability when our event planner is planning the locations.

Please don't hesitate to ask any other questions

As an International volunteer, I would like to know the location of these workshops. Please note I am based in EMEA region and asking this just to prepare well in time.

Currently they are in the Tampa, Florida region. However, they can be held anywhere in the world.

They are all held in Tampa, Fl.

So crystal_waston (Newcomer I) posted a new(-ish) reply in Welcome on 10-11-2018 04:33 AM (EDT?) in the (ISC)² Community.

Then, almost immediately, she (or some bot minder) edited it to read, "As an
International volunteer, I would like to know the location of these workshops.
Thanks"

@CraginS, I think she's trying to mess with your head 🙂

It was much better to imagine men in some smoky room somewhere,
made mad and cynical by privilege and power, plotting over the
brandy. You had to cling to this sort of image, because if you
didn't then you might have to face the fact that bad things
happened because ordinary people, the kind who brushed the dog
and told their children bedtime stories, were capable of then
going out and doing terrible things to other ordinary people.

It appears there may be a real security specialist Crystal Waston who works  for Black Ice. See

https://www.linkedin.com/in/crystal-waston-93a34591/

If our @crystal_waston is indeed a bot then the bot-minder needs to do some new AI programming and not play games with edits for subterfuge.

If, however, this is the Black Ice employee or another live human of that name,

I think we have done more than enough to draw out the live person to respond.

A significant clue to botness is that both @crystal_waston and @nancy_perez have shown the same comment patterns here.

Also, note that her edited statement is word for word from @MAK14 comment of 2-28-18, only two posts earlier in that same thread. It looks like crystal looped back to mine the thread for the edit. Botness score continues to rise.

As for the first try, which you captured for us, it came from Udemy:

https://www.udemy.com/isc2-systems-security-certified-practitioner-sscp-part-22/

"Description
The (ISC)2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) is a terrific entry-level information security certification, and it is the ideal precursor for the much sought after Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

This well-known, global IT security certification offers instant credibility. And it’s an excellent way to expand your cybersecurity knowledge — particularly if you’re in a hands-on, operational IT role or you’re building a foundation in information security."
