Across several threads in the Community Fora Grandpa Rob @rslade and I have confirmed that @nancy_perez and @crystal_waston are either limited-functionality AI bots or dull and thoughtless members incapable of original thought and prone to rampant plagiarism. Amanda @amandavanceISC2 has assured us that neither (ISC2 nor its contractors operating the Community site are running these bots. She told us the staff is researching the source and control process for these bots.
So, how about the digital forensics pros among us suggest methods available to identify the source of these bots?

Fun times! Crystal is now plagiarizing from Nancy who plagiarized from Codec Networks on LinkedIn:
Rob @rslade are you keeping score?

Mobril's first post to the GDPR thread definitely follows the Nancy/Crystal pattern. The second one, to the 700 thread is more interesting. It looks like he copied sentences an earlier post in the thread, but ran it through a translation cycle, English-to-?-to-English.
"Congrats! An indication of further development and flourishing. I trust we require more occasions this way."
Daniel Nash had previously said,
"Congratulations! A sign of further growth and prosperity. I believe we need more events like this."
Congratulations => Congrats
A sign => an indication
growth => development
prosperity => flourishing
believe => trust
need => require
events => occasions
like this => this way
Another data point, Crystal has repeated her plagiarism from Udemy in the thread
