Error when trying to pay $50 annual maintenance fee

• Passed CC on April 25, 2025
• Waited 1 week for an email based on letter after passing exam, nothing ever received.
• Read online I need to submit an endorsement application
• Submitted application, Approved on May 1
• From Dashboard I am being prompted to pay $50 Annual Maintenance fee
• Encountering an error every time I click the pay button (see screenshot)
• Tried multiple browsers, multiple PC's, even mobile, same error across the board.
• Tried Chat support, always says its closed
• Tried calling ISC support phone number, waited on hold for 30 minutes, then call ended with automated apology
• I have come to the forum hoping for any kind of support, I would like to formalize my exam completion.

I have the same problem. I raised a case a few days ago but haven't heard back yet. I've been getting the error for at least a week.
