Info about Pearson Vue Test Center

Hello everyone
I am considering the CISSP certification path, however, looking on the Pearson Vue website for test centers in my country (Italy), I only find 4. Having worked in the sector for over 15 years, I have already obtained numerous certifications at Pearso Vue test centers, is this an anomaly or something else? Personally, reaching these test centers would also involve significant transportation costs and I imagine the possible logistical problems with the test centers, to be coordinated. I have already done some research here on the Community without finding answers in this regard, I wrote about 7 days ago to the email examadministration@isc2.org but I have not received a response. Can anyone help me understand if everything is normal and if this should be considered an additional level of difficulty for obtaining the certification? Thanks everyone

For the CISSP, only select Pearson VUE locations are approved for proctoring the exam.

Thanks for tagging me in this thread! I can confirm the Exam Administration team are responding to all queries received in the order they came in. They're running at about 10 business days right now, so we do appreciate your patience. 

I can confirm that CISSP is only at Pearson VUE test centers - correct - and we are very selective about where the exam is available, as the security and confidentiality of the exam content is paramount. 

https://wsr.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/find/testcenter/ISC2 is the link you can use to look at locations for Pearson VUE test centers that offer ISC2 exams. From looking myself, I can confirm only 4 centers in Italy (see screenshot) 

We understand this can impact your decision and plans, but at this time, this is the availability in that country.
