unable to encroll the skill-builder courses

I have passed the CC exam few days ago, and I paid the AMF to become a member of ISC2,

after log in, I found that I couldn't enroll the skill-builder courses even I can see the "enroll" button.

As shown below.

 

I have tried the following methods:

1) Change the browser

2) Clean the cookies and cache data of brower

3) InPrivate browser mode

but neither works, I noticed that some other members are facing similar problems, please advise if any solutions available, thx a lot.
