Unable to schedule exam

Hi,

I purchased Peace of Mind voucher for CISSP in April, and received the voucher as well. However, I have not been able to schedule the exam as it doesn't appear in my member/candidate dashboard.

I have been reaching out to the member support over the past 2 weeks but have been met with silence. The 7 day slas came and went. Never able to get anyone to answer the call on the given contact numbers. Chat outs me in queue only to kick me out after a long long wait. So I have now exhausted all the avenues other than this to get assistance.

My CISSP voucher is valid only till end of May and I am running out of time. Rather than preparing for the exam, I am losing sleep over scheduling the exam (and organise time off) and not losing money spent on the voucher.

Please help schedule the exam or extend the validity of the voucher suitably.

I have the same problem regarding ISSMP. Bought the online course + exam bundle. Completed the course, but can not schedule the exam. I have contacted member support EMEA, but have not received a reaction. I just wrote to the exam administration team as well in the hope that they can help.

I’m also having similar issue while scheduling my cissp exam and drop down menu is not working. I only have 1 week time to book my exam please help.
