Anyone else unable to schedule ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity exam even after paying?

Hey everyone, I’m running into an issue with scheduling my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam through ISC2. I’ve already paid the $250 total (exam fee + candidate fees), and I can see the exam listed under the “Courses and Exams” section of my ISC2 dashboard. When I click “Schedule Exam,” all my demographic info shows up correctly, and I can proceed through the terms—but once I confirm, I keep getting a “purchase exam not found” error. I’ve emailed the ISC2 admin team and attached all my screenshots, payment proof, and invoice, but so far no resolution. I’ve also posted twice on the ISC2 community board with no luck. I’ve tried different browsers, devices, cleared cache—everything. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any advice?
