Good afternoon,
This morning I successfully passed my CISSP exam but I am unable to access my account still. I have had a few emails in about this problem to examadministration@isc2.org but they have either skipped over the issue or they have messaged me about an entirely separate issue. My email that I sent yesterday that only contained my login issue was completely misread and they asked me about something that wasn't in my original email.
My issue is as follows, when I try to sign in, I get an error of 'Access Denied' and then it takes me to a SalesForce page in which I still can not sign in.
I would like some assistance with this issue so that I can continue the next steps in obtaining my CISSP certification. Should I email another support team other than examadministration@isc2.org?
