Having Issues Making Contact through Phone, Email or Chat - Regarding my Exam

Hello There

 

On the 25th April I have passed my Exam for CC and completed the course materials, I was expecting an email and haven't seen anything. 

I have tried all communications channels and Iam unable to get a response, I have also paid for a Years membership - my understanding is that if I pass my exam and coursework and paid a year membership I would get this as a Badge, please can someone assist?
