Trying to add a cert
I enter the last name and ID, and get this error:
Member information entered is not valid.

The ID was right and the Name was right
But the user is a 'second'
John Smith II
Smith 12345
fails but
Smith II 12345
works 🙂

Are you sure the name and member ID are correct?
What happens if you enter those details in the member verification tool?

I see - I thought such suffixes were only for kings and queens (or golfers), not us lowly infosec pros!
