Double Charge for Security Congress

I wanted to share my experience with ISC2 so others can be aware of what is going on. I have been a member for a couple years now. My company sent me to the security congress 2025, and I thought it was a great experience… that was until I found out later that my credit card had been charged twice for the admission. I have since followed up with calls and emails with the customer service team, and after several weeks I have got no where. The customer service person keeps telling me that they have to follow up with the finance team. Now they have completely ghosted me. I have provided my credit card statement and the transaction. I never received a second invoice or email for the second charge. They are taking the extra $1,345 without providing a service. I have also emailed the ISC2 board about this as it is an ethical issue. I have seen others on here being double billed for exams, well it also happens with conference registration. If anyone decides to go this year, definitely double check your credit card statement and if you get double billed, you’ll most likely going to need to do a chargeback because ISC2 appears to be unwilling to return money that they didn’t earn.
