I am posting this here because I have not received any response to the email I sent to examadministration@isc2.org last Tuesday.
I have been waiting for my CISSP exam refund for over 8 weeks. Although I was previously informed that the process would take 6 to 8 weeks (as stated in your previous correspondence), the promised timeframe has passed, and my refund is still pending.
It is extremely disappointing that not only is the refund delayed, but my follow-up inquiry is also being ignored. As a candidate, I expect professional and timely communication from ISC2.
Could a moderator or support staff please look into this immediately?
I look forward to an urgent resolution.
