Unable to access my account

Greetings,

 

I'm trying to access my account (Created a different one to post this) to schedule a CISSP exam.  Unfortunately like many others on this forum I'm told I need to reset my password but I'm not getting the emails.  I've submitted a support ticket and no response past asking for my contact details.  The chat function isn't working and I'm unable to get through on phone.  How can I get around this?
