Unable to Schedule ISC2 CC Exam

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to schedule my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam. After completing the demographic information, I am unable to proceed to the Pearson VUE scheduling page. Instead, I encounter a "Purchase Not Found" error.

 

I have tried using different browsers and devices, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could this be related to maintenance or a known technical issue?

I would appreciate any advice or updates on this situation.

Hi @mariatirado, may i know what's gonna happen if we aren't able to re-schedule our exams in time due to the technical issues?

@mariatirado We’ve been reaching out via email, and I personally have been doing so for over a week without receiving any response. The support phone number is also not working. At this point, I’ve exhausted all available communication channels.


My exam is scheduled for this coming Sunday, and I urgently need to reschedule it. However, due to ongoing technical issues with your system, I’m unable to do so myself. I require immediate assistance, but unfortunately, no one from your support team has responded.


Given the significant cost of these exams, it’s unacceptable that users are unable to access essential services due to technical problems on your end. This situation needs to be addressed as a priority..

The Exam Admin team already has your case on file, but please allow 3-5 business days to obtain a response, as the team is currently working on inquiries in the order that they have been received. Our recent systems upgrade resulted in both immediate and lingering technical issues. We are still working to resolve some of those issues. However, at present, all teams are working diligently on the backlog of cases caused by the upgrade.

Hi!. I have same issue! I try reschedule CC exam but show this message: "No purchased exam found for the requested Exam."
