Unable to Schedule ISC2 CC Exam

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to schedule my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam. After completing the demographic information, I am unable to proceed to the Pearson VUE scheduling page. Instead, I encounter a "Purchase Not Found" error.

 

I have tried using different browsers and devices, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could this be related to maintenance or a known technical issue?

I would appreciate any advice or updates on this situation.

I have been checking everyday and I was finally able to schedule my exam 3 days ago. No actionable steps were taken it was randomly working finally

Unable to re-schedule ISC2 CCSP Exam and getting an error "No purchased exam found for the requested Exam" Is there any fix for that rather than asking clear cache, There is a significant issue ongoing in isc2 post maintenance on 16th April.

I am facing the same issue.. have been trying to contact the support for help through the chatbot but it's not working either. Have also emailed the exam administrator. Really appreciate if someone can help me out soon as my CISSP exam is scheduled on next week.

I'm facing the same issue while trying to reschedule my CISSP exam. It's just a few days away, and I haven't received any response from support; no replies to my emails, query request form, or even live chat. I'm honestly baffled by the lack of support.
