Unable to Schedule ISC2 CC Exam

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to schedule my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam. After completing the demographic information, I am unable to proceed to the Pearson VUE scheduling page. Instead, I encounter a "Purchase Not Found" error.

 

I have tried using different browsers and devices, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could this be related to maintenance or a known technical issue?

I would appreciate any advice or updates on this situation.

Good day CBMEXAM TEAM
I am also experiencing this challenge. Whenever, I try to reschedule my CC Exams, I am unable to proceed to the Pearson VUE scheduling page. Instead, I encounter a "Purchase Not Found" error.
