Unable to Schedule ISC2 CC Exam

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to schedule my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam. After completing the demographic information, I am unable to proceed to the Pearson VUE scheduling page. Instead, I encounter a "Purchase Not Found" error.

 

I have tried using different browsers and devices, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could this be related to maintenance or a known technical issue?

I would appreciate any advice or updates on this situation.

I'm starting to wonder if ISC2 has credibility because there no exist support and this case is treated with no importance.

Email messages there send with no context and general procedures that no solution! 

Messages like: "Clear your browser's cache and cookies" sound as if an ISC2 exam candidate is a user with zero experience.

 

Goodbye ISC2 and thanks for the disdain

Hello

I am experiencing the same issue.

My exam date is in 2 weeks, and i desperately need to reschedule. 

 

Same error message:

No purchased exam found for the requested Exam.

 

Tried calling the numbers, and emailing, but no responses. 

No chat bot available on the site. 

 

Are you, please, able to assist

I am also getting same error. Called customer care, no one picked.

 

Error is "No purchased exam found for the requested Exam" while rescheduling.

Hello Team,

I am unable to reschedule my exam and getting error: No purchased exam found for the requested Exam. I have my exam scheduled for Monday Dec 8 2025 and it is important for me to reschedule. I have also sent an email to ISC2 support (examadministration@isc2.org)but no reply on that.

 

Can someone help me out with this?
