Receiving "Not Authorized" for professional development training portal

I am not sure if it takes a few days for it to get me access but when I try to access any of the labs it throws that error. Thank you in advance.

Unrelated question: Since my renewal is from Feb 2020 - Jan 2023 does that mean any CPEs I earn from now until February can't be counted?

Correct.

If this were not your first "cycle", there is a provision to rollover some excess credits earned late in one cycle into the next cycle, but that only applies to renewals, not "first time customers".

Figured just wanted to confirm that. Hopefully someone can look into the other issue.
