Hopefully member support gets back to you soon. Immediately after I posted my comment, I emailed email@example.com for assistance. It took about 3 business days but I recently received an email stating that Help Desk updated my account to resolve the problem.
I'm now able to easily (and directly) access the endorsement application.

Couldyou let me know what was done to fix Sameer's issue? i am having the exact same problem in that when visiting www.isc2.org/Endorsement and selecting the 'online application', the apps.isc2.org link redirects automatically back to www.isc2.org. i have tried with multiple machines/browsers/mobile devices to no avail.
i did send an email over to the member support email but have not received a response as of yet.

@shawnedwardsnl I was able to pull your email from yesterday to the MS inbox and have submitted a ticket on your behalf. I should have an update for you shortly.
