I wanted to provide you with an update regarding my situation. I received a response from the ISC2 Exam Administration Team, followed their instructions, and even paid the $249 exam and candidate dues.
Unfortunately, despite completing the payment, I am still encountering the "Purchase Not Found" error message when attempting to schedule my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam.
To troubleshoot, I have tried:
Accessing my ISC2 account on multiple devices (including my iPhone and two different computers). Using multiple browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (latest versions). Clearing cache, cookies, and browsing history before each attempt.
Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. I would greatly appreciate any further guidance or escalation options you can provide.
As of now I have reached out to the ADMIN team awaiting a response. including documents of the error message and sent them a new email
