Ongoing Issues with Scheduling CC Exam

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding my situation. I received a response from the ISC2 Exam Administration Team, followed their instructions, and even paid the $249 exam and candidate dues.

 

Unfortunately, despite completing the payment, I am still encountering the "Purchase Not Found" error message when attempting to schedule my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam.

 

To troubleshoot, I have tried:

 

Accessing my ISC2 account on multiple devices (including my iPhone and two different computers). Using multiple browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (latest versions). Clearing cache, cookies, and browsing history before each attempt.

 

Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. I would greatly appreciate any further guidance or escalation options you can provide. 

 

As of now I have reached out to the ADMIN team awaiting a response. including documents of the error message and sent them a new email

If you are still having issues, please provide screen shots of error message, including your dash board to examadministration@isc2.org.

 

  • Log out of isc2.org, clear your cache and close your browser. Then, reopen your browser and log in to isc2.org to attempt your transaction. Be sure to clear your shopping cart from previous purchase attempts.
  • To register for an exam using a voucher, add the certification exam of your choice to your cart. When you reach the checkout screen, enter your voucher code in the “promotion or voucher code” field for a $0 purchase.
  • If you have already purchased an exam, but need to schedule it, visit the Courses and Exams section of your ISC2 Dashboard. Click the “Schedule” button next to your exam to be taken through the process to find a Pearson VUE test center and select your test date and time.
  • To reschedule an upcoming exam, visit the Courses and Exams section of your ISC2 Dashboard. Click the “Reschedule” button next to your exam to begin the process.

 

We appreciate your patience at this time and look forward to resolving your issue as soon as possible.

I would like to confirm that I have already purchased the exam and I am aware of the steps to schedule it via the Courses and Exams section of my ISC2 Dashboard. However, despite following these instructions and knowing where the “Schedule” button should appear, I am still unable to schedule the exam due to the “purchase not found” error.

To assist in troubleshooting, I have attached screenshots showing:
• My proof of payment ($249),
• The confirmation invoice,
• My dashboard,
• And the exact error message I am receiving when attempting to schedule the exam.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
• Logging out and clearing my browser cache/history,
• Attempting access on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (iPhone),
• Ensuring my shopping cart is empty before logging back in.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists and I cannot proceed with scheduling.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this as I have been studying extensively and am eager to complete the exam before my next academic semester begins.
