I’m reaching out to request immediate assistance. I purchased the AI Course Bundle on Monday, May 19, 2025, but I’m still unable to access any of the courses
Unfortunately, the support chat is unresponsive, and the contact I made with your team on the same day has not led to any resolution. I’m still waiting for access to the product I paid for, and this delay is extremely frustrating.
At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering any future course purchases from ISC2. I would appreciate prompt support to resolve this issue.

This issue is only something that can be resolved by our support team. I see that you sent an email to them on May 21 for assistance. I will send a note to my colleague in that team to see if they can escalate your case for a quicker response.
