My bank balance was reduced but I got no confirmation ?

Hi, I paid for CISSP (Peace of Mind Protection) on July 10th at 17:48 (GMT +7)

The payment was processed, but an error message appeared on the screen.

There's no confirmation listed under "Courses and Exams," no "Schedule" button is visible, and nothing shows up in my Order History.

How do I solve this ?
