Cannot book CC exam. Pearson link does not work

Im trying to register schedule my CC Exam and I ran into a couple of issues. Earlier, clicking on the 'Submit' button of the ISC2 Exam Account Information form led me to Pearson's page. After I clicked the terms and conditions check box and clicked agree it redirected me back to the form , showing 'Error' in a red box. After a few tries, it doesn't even direct me to Pearsons Website, rather it shows this error when i click the 'Submit' button - Error notification.

HTTP POST on resource 'https://ws.pearsonvue.com/cxfws2/services/CDDService?wsdl' failed: Timeout exceeded.

Kindly help me out.
