Member dashboard

Howdy,

 

Anyone else having issue with the member dashboard?

6 months mine has been messed up.

 

6 months of me submitting trouble tickets to fix.

 

6 months of phone calls trying to get someone, anyone to assist.

 

6 months...and still is not fixed.

You forgot to mention what "issues" you are having with it.

Issues.. where to start...

Well first page page of the dashboard shows I still need CPEs ... and the three year cycle graph is wrong.
When you click on the CPE tab, I can the actual CPE report. that shows (correctly) that I am 100% complete on my CPE.

Next lets move over to the profile tab - Does not show my cert number.. and says I have been certified since Dec 31 9999

Last lets move to the Maint Fee tab - that one doesnt work at all...comes up blank. I cant pay my yearly fees. So last year I had to email and follow up with calls twice to get it paid correctly. Fun stuff.

And last ...like I said .. problem going on now for over 6 months. No matter who emails me to check on the issue...or calls me. No one seems to be able to fix it. Even after one tech said "oh I know exactly the problem" ... that one was 3 months ago. 

 

Buy hey what do I expect for $125 a year dues ...

@amandavanceISC2 - This should be looked into ASAP - Sound like database corruption to me!

 

I have none of these issues and as I mentioned about to me it sounds like your record is corrupt in the database! This is a big issue because as we all know data corruption can and does spread!

 

Have you tried calling in directly to support? With them on the phone I would have both of you go into the website and look at your account so they can see first hand exactly what you are seeing and confirm they see it the same way. I would be surprised that once they understand the issue they wouldn't make this a high priority.

 

As always, if anyone else things this is anything else please speak up, and of course if you could let us know how things works out that would be great as well. It's always good to know if the analysis was right or not.
