I have placed an order for a CISSP Take Two Voucher and accidentally put in the wrong email domain (mail.com vs gmail.com), I talked with ISC2 live chat support, and they told me they would send the email with the voucher in 2 business days. It has since been 4 days and have not received anything. Live chat support automatically closes my chat, and the phone support does not go through. If I could have someone escalate this issue as I am dire need of the voucher, I would appreciate it.
