The Membership Support was a very poor experience.

 

In the past three years, I have taken many ISC2 exams and am currently a valid member of CC, SSCP, and CISSP.

Due to numerous unsuccessful attempts to inquire about solutions via email without receiving any response, I had to resort to channels such as forums to express the situation I encountered and seek appropriate solutions. I also ask for assistance from experienced members on the forum.

This email has been sent since April 13th, and there have been five emails so far, without any response. Moreover, I am still an active member engaged in continuous education. I am unsure how the association's administrators view such matters. I kindly ask experienced members on the forum to guide me on effective channels to address this.
