Is the CPE Portal down?

I cannot access the CPE Portal, https://cpe.isc2.org/s/, at all over the last two days.  The page header and footer load, but the middle page section just shows the CPE Handbook and FAQs buttons with two green arrows circling over the word LOADING...  I have tried three different browsers with the same results. I need some help to submit my CPEs.

May be not a WAF packet drop.

The work around is to:

1. only complete the mandatory fields

2. then click "Save & Continue"

3. then click "Back" and complete other fileds ("Summary" AND/OR "Add Supporting Documentation" then  "Upload Files") as you wish, but one step at a time, repeating steps 2 and 3 as above for each additional completed field,
