I have recently made a payment to renew my (ISC)2 membership.
I have double checked my address prior to submitting the payment but after purchasing the subscription, the address was changed and the invoice now has a different billing address than the one I initially wrote down.
Is it possible to have my invoice re-issued with the billing address changed? - some details just need to be added, the address is essentially the same.
Or at least guide me to re-issue it myself. I know PearsonVUE has this functionality. I already changed the billing address details on my profile as well.
I need to show all these additional details on the invoice in order to have the payment reimbursed by my employing company.
