Not able to access the core website login. Keep getting password incorrect and it won't let me reset either.
I know I have the right password and was just on the site last week.
Also note that the main phone tree has no support options for this, attempted to use option 1 but ended up in a "certification" voicemail box

I just tried to login to the main site and it worked fine for me.
issue was resolved, someone must have rebooted something . .
I have also experienced intermittent login issues through out the day today. I have already reached out to membersupport APAC to look into the issue.
